ACCA has a pleasure of inviting you to attend the Success Through Employee Engagement conference, hosted by Małgorzata Sawicka, Head of ACCA Poland and Jamie Lyon FCCA, learning and development manager, ACCA.

This is the second conference of the series organised by ACCA globally.
Attendance at the conference is free. The conference is addressed to Financial officers and Learning executives from leading corporations in Poland.

The finance profession is experiencing a period of rapid change. Increasing globalisation and changing regulatory landscape resulted in having to develop new motivation methods to make people stay. Introduction of continuing professional development for finance and accounting specialists as well as other employee engagement programmes are maybe the answers to our challenge of retaining talent, thinking of new methods of staff motivation.
